Natalie May founded Chaise Management Group, LLC in 2013 with the idea that successful businesses require smart leadership, sound management practices, direction, and commitment, with a purpose to empower the U.S. economy. She leads a talented team of employees and partners in supporting the needs of businesses, agencies, and organizations as they expand or experience transition. Natalie has extensive experience in the execution and development of event operations, strategic planning, business processes, needs assessment, administration, office infrastructure, and project planning. Her cumulative expertise has spawned the disciplined approach to problem solving that sets Chaise apart. She has planned and executed a wide range of meetings, Congressional briefings, and high profile events – some of which featured political appointees and celebrities. Natalie works closely with key constituents to ensure that needs are met with clear, transparent communications while driving strategic objectives. Before founding Chaise, Natalie worked for over 15 years in corporate and nonprofit organizations focusing on event management, operations and business process management, leadership management, and organizational development. Today, Natalie uses her track record of positive leadership and dramatic growth for the benefit of Chaise’s clients, partners, and employees. Under her leadership, Chaise has grown to a team of 75+ with an average revenue growth exceeding 140 percent annually. Natalie was a member of the 2017 Emerging Leaders Class, U.S. SBA, Washington Metropolitan Area District Office. In 2019, she was featured in Black Enterprise Magazine.
